Hello! Welcome! How are you doing? Great, I am doing well...thank you for asking and thanks for stopping by ProfessionalGFX. ProfessionalGFX, as you probably have noticed, is a small web development business owned by myself, Chris Pund. ProfessionalGFX is the very first business that I launched as a student entrepreneur and have continued to build it, expand it, and develop it over the last 6+ years throughout high school and college.

BACKGROUND OF PROFESSIONALGFX
ProfessionalGFX started out as a hobby site as a place where I could showcase some of my work at the time that I was doing for different professional wrestling fan websites. At the time, professional wrestling was very popular and there was a lot of interest in having graphics created for fan sites and other things, so I started playing wih Adobe Photoshop and learned the ropes. After creating many graphics for free and starting to charge small amounts per banner or graphic, I noticed how large the market was for a web design business and especially in the niche of small - medium mom and pop type businesses as well as young start-ups. So, that gave birth to the more professional and focused ProfessionalGFX that has evolved many times over the last 5 years. Since going a more "professional and focused" route, I have had the opportunity to work with a wonderful list of clients from established small businesses and medium sized companies to brand new start-ups and growing enterprises. BACKGROUND OF CHRIS PUND
Well, I don't even know where to start. Writing about the background of this site was easy, but I knew this would be a little more difficult. I guess to start out, I am a senior at Radford University and will be graduating in May 2008 (Yeah!). At Radford, I am highly involved on campus with the business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, the student outdoor program RU Outdoors, and the student entrepreneur organization Collegiate Entrepreneurs. Besides being involved on campus, I also run another business called Radford Auctions which is a small eBay business. On top of that, I run, write, and maintain a few other websites...which can be found in the portfolio.
